	<li>Preheat oven to 350, Spray a 8&#215;8 backing dish or pan, you can also use Parchment Paper and spray the paper.</li>
		<li> In a large bowl mix the flour/oatmeal, Protein Powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, flaxseed, and wheat germ</li>
		<li>In a smaller bowl whisk the egg whites and sweetener until foamy and dissolved
Add the ricotta cheese and baby food and whisk until well blended</li>
	</ol>

	<li>Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and whisk until well blended</li>
		<li>Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 20-26 minutes&#8230;or until it&#8217;s set</li>
