Roasted Figs with Gorgonzola and Honey Recipe

A great snack for late summer and early Fall: roasted figs with gorgonzola and honey.
INGREDIENTS
- black Mission figs (as many as you wish)
- 1-2 ounces of crumbled Gorgonzola or blue cheese
- honey (just a drizzle for each)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Cut an X in the fig tops (not all the way through) and place a cheese crumble inside.
- Bake in a dish for 10-15 minutes.
- Drizzle honey over the top and eat them warm.
