Roasted Figs with Gorgonzola and Honey Recipe

A great snack for late summer and early Fall: roasted figs with gorgonzola and honey.

INGREDIENTS
  • black Mission figs (as many as you wish)
  • 1-2 ounces of crumbled Gorgonzola or blue cheese
  • honey (just a drizzle for each)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Cut an X in the fig tops (not all the way through) and place a cheese crumble inside.
  3. Bake in a dish for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Drizzle honey over the top and eat them warm.
