Akai Rice Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups Akai rice (available by special order)
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 tsp cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place grain, water, and oil in large saucepan over medium heat
  2. Cover and cook until the liquid has been absorbed, about 45 minutes.
  3. Serves 4
