INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Akai rice (available by special order)
- 5 cups water
- 2 tsp cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place grain, water, and oil in large saucepan over medium heat
- Cover and cook until the liquid has been absorbed, about 45 minutes.
- Serves 4
