This refreshing green smoothie is a great post workout drink. It is hydrating, full of good greenness and a nice little dose of fat. I like to think of it as a green Piña Colada, or a “Greeña Colada.” I feel so healthy drinking it!
- 1Place cucumber and water in a vita-mix and process on high until liquid
- 2Add parsley, pineapple, coconut oil, stevia and ice and blend until smooth
