    <![CDATA[<p>I came up with this recipe to accomodate several dietary restrictions suffered by a few friends.  You can vary the ingredients from the substitutes to the usual ingredients at will, making it just waht you and your diet need.</p>]]>

	<li>Mix first three ingredients and press on bottom and partly up sides of 2, 9&#8221; or 10&#8221; deep dish pie plates</li>
		<li>Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.</li>
		<li>In large skillet over medium heat, sautee mushrooms, shallots and green onions for a few minutes until just soft.</li>
		<li>Crumble sausage into skillet and heat through.</li>
		<li>Remove from heat and pour into mixing bowl</li>
		<li>Add remaining ingredients, in the order given, and stir to combine.</li>
		<li>Very gently (to not disturb the nut crust) LADLE the egg mixture into the crusts.</li>
		<li>Bake at 350 until set, 25-30 minutes.</li>
