Chive Butter with Sea Salt Recipe
1 stick (about 6 to 8 servings)
A simple compound butter. Add a pat to a freshly roasted chicken or a radish and ham sandwich, or simply spread it on a baguette.

- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) softened unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Place the butter in a medium bowl and mash with a spatula until spreadable. Add the chives and sea salt and stir to combine.
