Chive Butter with Sea Salt Recipe

A simple compound butter. Add a pat to a freshly roasted chicken or a radish and ham sandwich, or simply spread it on a baguette.

INSTRUCTIONS
Place 8 tablespoons (1 stick) softened unsalted butter in a medium bowl and mash with a spatula until spreadable. Add 3 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh chives and 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt and stir to combine.
I totally agree!
Baked potato's is good with sour cream but it is three times butter with chive butter with sea salt. EDWARDCARL
