Chèvre-Olive-Parsley Spread Recipe
Try this Frenchified spread the next time you want to channel your inner Euro. It’s a great accompaniment to roasted chicken, fresh-cut cucumber, or roasted beets.

Place 4 ounces softened chèvre (goat cheese), 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh Italian parsley, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste in a small bowl and stir to combine. Add 1 tablespoon chopped black olives and stir until well incorporated.
