Chèvre-Olive-Parsley Spread Recipe
Try this Frenchified spread the next time you want to channel your inner Euro. It’s a great accompaniment to roasted chicken, fresh-cut cucumber, or roasted beets.

- 4 ounces softened chèvre (goat cheese)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped black olives
Place the goat cheese, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to taste in a small bowl and stir to combine. Add the olives and stir until well incorporated.
