Ladybugs on a Raft Recipe

Peanut-butter-stuffed celery topped with raisins (a.k.a. ants on a log) is a classic after-school snack, but why not get adventurous and try a new nut butter like cashew or almond and switch the ants (raisins) for ladybugs (sweetened dried cranberries)?

INSTRUCTIONS
Wash 3 celery stalks, trim the ends, and dry with a paper towel. Trim and cut the stalks into 3- to 4-inch pieces. Fill each stalk with nut butter and top with a few sweetened dried cranberries. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

But I say this to remind those nay-sayers: To each his own. I love onions, mushrooms, and salsa in my scrambled eggs, while my husband prefers his plain. I am usually open to anything and I can't think of many things that I don't actually like - however peanutbutter and apple - which is also a big fave - just makes me nauseas...and the thought of PB & celery is even worse -

Peanut butter and celery is a time-tested classic peanut butter and banana. Delicious. The salty nutty peanut butter contrasts nicely with the crisp, slightly sweet celery.
