    <![CDATA[<p>If you like concord grapes and are tired of making jelly and juice, here&#8217;s a new recipe for you. I live in Washington State and I am surrounded by vineyards! I was tired of making all the different jams and jellies and juices. 
I also enjoy baking, so I begn playing. And this is what I came up with, Enjoy!!!!!</p>]]>

	<li>Preparing grape filing; Slip skins from grapes, set skins aside. Place the pulp in a large pot and bring to a boiling point; whisking to seperate pulp from seeds.Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes whisking. </li>
		<li>Press through a food mill to remove seeds. Place pulp back into large pot and add skins. Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add lemon juice, butter &#38; grape pulp.</li>
		<li>Add grape filling to your favorite pie shell, Cover with pastry, vent. Place in a 400 degree oven for about 15 mins. then reduce oven to 350 and bake for 35 mins or until golden brown.</li>
