	<li>Place one cup bulgur into a deep dish and pour boiled water over it.  Cover and let it sit to cool.</li>
		<li>While bulgur is soaking and cooling, prepare other ingredients:  dice onions, peppers, garlic, parsley, peppermint and tomatoes.</li>
		<li>Uncover the bulgur and stir it with wooden spoon to separate grains.</li>
		<li>Add pepper paste, salt, garlic and diced yellow onions.  Mix well.</li>
		<li>Then add diced tomatoes, green onions, parsley, mint &#38; pepper.  Mix well.</li>
		<li>Lastly add lemon juice, pomegranate paste and olive oil, mix and serve with lettuce.</li>
