Difficulty: Easy | Total Time: 35 minutes | Active Time: |

This buffalo wing sauce won’t disappoint on the day of the big game. The more daring you are with the habanero extract (i.e. Dave’s Insanity Sauce), the better the wings.

INGREDIENTS
  • 12 ounces (1 bottle) Frank's Original Hot Sauce
  • habanero extract or other hot sauce to taste
  • 1/2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp ketchup
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp melted butter, slightly cooled
  • fresh chicken wings, vegetable oil, salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Dry the wings with a paper towel, coat them lightly with oil, lightly salt them, and place them on a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  2. Roast them in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F for about 20 or 25 minutes, until done. (Alternatively, wings can be deep fried.)
  3. Whisk sauce ingredients together with butter until smooth and butter is incorporated.
  4. Remove wings from oven and cook and toss with sauce on stovetop.
