zesty hambugers Recipe

more then a plain burger. you could say a burger with a lil life

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • season salt to you tast
  • whole clove of garlic / chopped up to you liken. i mean anyway you like.
  • half onion in slices
  • half of a lemon
  • 2 tbs olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. mix your ground chuck with season salt and make your patty’s.
  2. put olive oil in fry pan on med high heat add garlic and onion slices to frying pan
  3. put you patty’s in the pan with garlic and onions and just fry them like you do.
  4. just flip them a few more times and move garlic and onions around the pan.
  5. should all be golden brown about the same time. some of the garlic and onions will be stuck to the patty’s just enjoy it and add more from the pan.
  6. squeeze a little lemon juice. great with a bun or on the plate with sides
