Marinade for Roast chicken Recipe

Marinade for Roast Chicken
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Pour the marinad over the chicken,put the fresh herbs on top the the chicken breast,
put the lemon rinds in the cavity. Place a lose tent of foil over the chicken
and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Use the drippings for a great gravy.

Use fresh herbs such as rosemary,thyme,parsley and place over the chicken
breast before baking. Place the tent loosely over the chicken. Bake. Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
  • I cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Pour the marinade over the chicken.
    Put the rinds in the cavity.
