Preheat oven to 425 degrees.</p>


	<p>Pour the marinad over the chicken,put the fresh herbs on top the the chicken breast,
put the lemon rinds in the cavity. Place a lose tent of foil over the chicken
and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Use the drippings for a great gravy.</p>


	<p>Use fresh herbs such as rosemary,thyme,parsley and place over the chicken
breast before baking. Place the tent loosely over the chicken. Bake. Enjoy.</p>]]>
