	<li>Heat a gas or charcoal grill to medium high (375°F). Meanwhile, season steak on all sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper. </li>
		<li>Rub the grill with a towel dipped in oil and place the steak on the grill. Close the grill and cook the steak, undisturbed, until it&#8217;s browned and lightly charred on the edges, about 10 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until desired doneness, about 10 minutes more for medium rare. Remove the steak from the grill and serve.</li>
