  • 1/2 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1/2 tablespoon water

  • Not bad, but it was so salty I couldn't eat the whole portion. I'm thinking about using reduced-sodium soy sauce in place of the standard stuff, and cutting down on the tablespoon (?!?) of red pepper flakes.
