Garlic and Rosemary chicken... F'in delicious Recipe

Difficulty: Easy | Total Time: Prep ~(15min) Marinading~ (?? 4+hours) Cooking ~20 min | Makes: as much as you like!!!!!

This dish is one of my creations from about two years ago.. unbelievable flavor!!!!! you will love it.. please try it, it is easy to do and will impress any company you feed.. enjoy and thanks

INGREDIENTS
  • Boneless chicken breasts
  • minced garlic
  • FRESH Rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. very, very simple….
take your chicken breasts and make sure they are cured properly.. some shops tend to miss much fat.. in a casserole dish place the number of pieces in the awaiting olive oil.. however much olive oil is entirely up to you, however, I wouldn’t use more than 1/2 a cup. Smother the chicken in the olive oil to make a nice coat.
  2. The order really doesn’t matter too much, as long as the ingredients are there and it is executed properly you will get the same results.. so now you can salt and pepper the chix, or add the garlic.. the rosemary is the key to the whole dish so execution as I said is critical..
  3. after you have the garlic and the salt and pepper chix in the dish grab about a half a stalk of the fresh rosemary per chix breast. insert the stalk into the meast leaving only about 1/4 inch exposed to the elements.. be sure not to pierce the other side of the chix
  4. Cover the dish and let marinade FOR NO LESS THAN!! 4 hours.. the more the better… Choice of cooking technique up to the executer, broiled is good! baked is better.. try deep frying this and I will have a heart attack.. ;)

I think that the recipe is probably delicious as advertized, but that nevermoreicon should hire a ghostwriter or at the very least a proofreader because he apparently has trouble with the English language (this could be due to using English only occasionally as a second or third language and in no way indicates any lack of intelligence). So please, please rewrite this entire recipe, include exact or at least approximate measurements for all the ingredients and explain clearly all the steps, especially what you mean by “insert the stalk into the meast (you mean ‘meat’, of course) leaving only about 1/4 inch exposed to the elements.. be sure not to pierce the other side of the chix" as I find this utterly enigmatic. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to use proper capitalization and avoid cute abbreviations, such as “chix”; people might take your ideas more seriously. Lastly, if you can include a digital picture of the finished product, it might attract more attention.-COLLAPSE
