Pan-Crisped Pancetta Recipe
A welcome alternative to bacon, pan-crisped pancetta is great on a sandwich or atop eggs.

- 6 ounces thinly sliced pancetta
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. In batches, add pancetta and cook until browned and crisp, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove to a paper-towel-lined plate and let drain briefly. Serve.
Pan-Crisped Pancetta- when you're too fancy for bacon, but want your greasy pork product still.
