Garnished Za'atar Recipe

I wanted to share this little combination I put together recently, it became almost my daily lunch!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 za'atar flavored (thyme and sesame) flat bread
- labneh (strained yogurt)
- sundried tomatoes in olive oil, chopped
- halved or quartered cherry tomatoes
- arugula
- maybe some finely chopped red onions or green onions
INSTRUCTIONS
- Since I keep my za’atar flat bread in the freezer, I just pop one in the oven. Not too long because I don’t want it to be crisp.
- Lather one half of the bread with labneh, then sprinkle some tomatoes, sundried and cherry, and some onions if you want. Then add a big handful of arugula. If it seems a bit dry, drizzle a bit of dried tomatoes oil. Add freshly ground black pepper.
- Fold over along the labneh line, slice across. Enjoy!
