    <![CDATA[<p>My inspiration for this dish was based on my 6 year old son Roberts love for Cilantro and Turkey and the fact that I can never seem to get him to eat soup.</p>]]>

	<li>In Saute&#8217; pan add olive oil, salt, pepper, onion &#38; ginger. Heat on med hi heat for 2 -3 mins or until onions and ginger are soft.</li>
		<li>Add Turkey and brown for approx 4-5 mins. Add Tofu and 1/2 the requires sriracha sauce, add the red pepper flakes and 1/2 the required cilantro. Bring to boil then turn to lowest setting ( simmer )</li>
		<li>Stirr occasionally, add the remainder of ingredients, let simmer for approx. 10 minutes. let stand  for a few minute, top bowls with sprigs of fresh cilantro, Enjoy !</li>

1 tsp kosher salt
fresh ground pepper ( to your liking )
3 tblsp red pepper flakes
1 brick/ block extra firm tofu
1 container college inn, Thai coconut curry chicken stock
sriracha hot chili sauce ( we use 1/2 cup but please start with less and work it in to your liking )</p>]]>
