Nutty Trail Mix Recipe

An addictive combination of roasted nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate makes this the perfect snack to throw together before you hit the trail or the road.
This recipe was featured as part of our Cold-Weather Comfort Food Menu.
- 9 ounces candy-coated chocolates, such as M&M’s (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 1 1/4 cups roasted, salted almonds
- 1 1/4 cups roasted, salted peanuts
- 1 1/4 cups banana chips
- 1 1/4 cups dried cranberries
- 1 1/4 cups dried tart cherries
- Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve.
