Horseradish Cream Sauce for Beef Recipe
I have tried for quite a while to come up with a sauce for roast beef.
The addition of Splenda gives this sauce the taste I was looking for.
INGREDIENTS
- 3,4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Prepared Grated Horseradish (drained)
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard (or Mucky Duck Mustard if available)
- 2 pkgs Splenda
- 1 dash Worcestershire
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form
- Combine the mayonnaise,horseradish,mustard,Splenda, & Worcestershire in a small bowl, and blend thoroughly..
- Fold the whipped cream into the bowl; blend gently, and serve.
