Horseradish Cream Sauce for Beef Recipe

I have tried for quite a while to come up with a sauce for roast beef.
The addition of Splenda gives this sauce the taste I was looking for.

INGREDIENTS
  • 3,4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Prepared Grated Horseradish (drained)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard (or Mucky Duck Mustard if available)
  • 2 pkgs Splenda
  • 1 dash Worcestershire
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form
  2. Combine the mayonnaise,horseradish,mustard,Splenda, & Worcestershire in a small bowl, and blend thoroughly..
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the bowl; blend gently, and serve.
