	<p><strong>What to buy:</strong> We prefer to use <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001BA2Z10?ie=UTF8&#38;tag=c037-20&#38;linkCode=as2&#38;camp=1789&#38;creative=9325&#38;creativeASIN=B001BA2Z10">unsweetened açaí pulp</a>, which can be found online or in the frozen section of health food stores. If you use the sweetened variety, you can leave out the agave nectar.</p>
