Gluten Free Cranberry Walnut Bread

This one of my Thanksgiving favorites –gluten free, dairy free cranberry nut bread.

Instructions

  1. 1In a medium bowl combine coconut flour, salt and baking soda
  2. 2In a large bowl blend eggs, grapeseed oil, agave and vanilla
  3. 3Blend dry ingredients into wet, then fold in cranberries and walnuts
  4. 4Pour batter into a greased loaf pan
  5. 5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes
  6. 6Cool and serve
