Parker Puff Recipe

A simple breakfast recipe if you are tired of cereal and don’t care about caloric intake

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of flour
  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter into a 9" baking pan
  2. mix eggs, flour and milk together and beat
  3. pour eggs/flour/milk into 9 inch non-sticking baking pan
  4. bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes or until you see it puffing out of the pan
  5. serve with powdered suger and lemon juice
