A simple breakfast recipe if you are tired of cereal and don’t care about caloric intake
- 1Melt 1 tablespoon of butter into a 9" baking pan
- 2mix eggs, flour and milk together and beat
- 3pour eggs/flour/milk into 9 inch non-sticking baking pan
- 4bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes or until you see it puffing out of the pan
- 5serve with powdered suger and lemon juice
