  1. 1Place cashews in a food processor and pulse until the texture of coarse sand
  2. 2Add almond butter, agave, cocoa powder vanilla and orange zest and pulse until smooth
  3. 3Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, until firm
  4. 4Remove from fridge and roll into 1/2 inch balls
  5. 5Coat with cocoa powder
  6. 6Serve
