  • grate potatos and mix mashed potatos with grated–add salt to taste
  • using prepared meatballs, form into larger snowball like balls by covering prepared meatballs with potato mix–cover about 1” thick around ball
  • place into center of cut cheese cloth and tie corners together diagonally
  • drop into boiling water and simmer 3-4 hours until center meatball is cooked through
