  • Heat a skillet on medium heat with butter. Cook the eggs with the yolk still a little runny. (Cook longer if you would like your yolk cooked thoroughly). Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Melt the cheese and ham on top of the eggs. (Bacon can replace the ham)
  • Place the egg, cheese and ham inside the toasted hot dog bun.
