Add 1 cup of water and 2 tbsp’s of butter to a medium pot. Boil. Then take of the heat and add 1 cup of cuscus. Stir for a minute or so. Then set aside.
Crack all the eggs open and put in a medium bowl. Add about 1/2 a tbsp of curry ands. Whisk the eggs until all the yolks are broken up.
Heat up a pan and pour the egg mixture in the oan. Used a spatula and make scrambled eggs. For the end product to come out right they have to scrambled very well.
Cut up the Summer Sausage into small bits. Cut up the Onion into small bits. Then open and drain the can of corn. Add the sausage ,onion, and corn to the scrambled eggs.
Mix the eggs, sausage ,onion, and corn in the pan with the fire on low. Then add 1/4 tbsp of oregano, pepper, salt, and curry.
Cut up the parsely and sprinkel on top of the sausage ,onion, and corn to the scrambled eggs. Mix again.
Put the mixture in the pan into a large bowl. Add the cuscus on top. Mix before you serve.
