Tuna Cake with Organic Quinoa Recipe

It’s a nice combination of andean bolivian/peru traditional ingredients (quinoa) and European cousinne.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cooked Organic Quinoa
- 1 pound cooked potatoes
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup bechamel sauce
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Smash the warm potatoes with a fork add the eggs, butter, flour, Quinoa, salt and pepper and mix until you have a soft dough. Put half of the mixture in a prepared pan, on top put the tuna, half the cheese and half the white sauce. Cover with the other half of the preparation and put the rest of the cheese and white sauce. Bake for 30 minutes.
