	<li>Cut off the top third of the oranges and scoop out the flesh, saving the juice and pulp. Free the pulp of seeds or filaments and dice. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix in the sugar, liqueur, orange pieces, orange juice, and walnuts. Mix well. Fill orange shells. Chill thoroughly.</li>
		<li>Can be frozen in the shell. Serve garnished with orange leaves, if possible.</li>
