	<li>In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water, lemon juice, and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Cool.</li>
		<li>Place the prepared fruits in a bowl and pour the syrup on just before serving. Sprinkle with liqueur.</li>
		<li>The fruits can be prepared the night before. Refrigerate in a bowl securely covered with plastic wrap.</li>
