	<li>Roll half of the pastry &frac18; inch thick. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and cinnamon sugar. Roll like a jelly roll. Cut into 1-inch thick sections, cutting each section almost through to the bottom. Place on a buttered baking sheet and spread to show double roll. Brush with an egg wash (see Pretzels) and bake. Coat with vanilla icing.</li>
