  • In a 12-inch skillet, saute the livers in the butter until browned, but still rare. Add the grapes and heat. With a slotted spoon, remove the livers and grapes to a serving platter. Surround with the rice. Add the port to the skillet and reduce by half over high heat. Pour over livers and garnish with a small bunch of grapes.
