	<li>Preheat oven to 375&deg; F.</li>
		<li>In a 7-inch skillet, saute the onions in the bacon fat until soft, but not brown.</li>
		<li>In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, egg yolks, mustard, Parmesan, and cream. Stir in the onion.</li>
		<li>In a 9-inch skillet, saute the mushrooms in the butter and lemon juice until soft. Correct seasoning with salt and pepper. Add to the custard with the sausage and pour into the pie shell. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set.</li>
