	<li>Arrange eggs, tomatoes, olives, and radishes on 6 serving plates.</li>
		<li>In a processor or blender, puree the garlic. Add egg yolk, salt, pepper, and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Turn the machine on and add oil as for mayonnaise. Process until thickened. With the machine running, add the bread crumbs, almonds, and parsley. Correct seasoning with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Drizzle some of the sauce over the eggs and serve the remainder separately.</li>
		<li>Sauce can be made ahead. Keeps for 3 days in the refrigerator.</li>
