		<li>Cut the tomatoes in half and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish and bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until very hot. Arrange the eggs on the tomatoes and coat with sauce. Can be served on individual plates or from the baking dish.</li>
		<li>Eggs can be poached the night before.</li>
