	<li>Preheat oven to 350&deg; F.</li>
		<li>Spread the bread slices with the cream cheese, thinning it with a little milk if needed. Roll the bread slices jelly-roll fashion and wrap each roll in bacon. Skewer and cut into bite-size pieces. Bake 15 minutes or until the bacon is crisp, turning often.</li>
		<li>Can be prepared for baking 2 days before.</li>
		<li>Note: For variety, use plain cream cheese mixed with 2 tablespoons minced mango chutney, or 1 tablespoon bitter orange marmalade and 1 teaspoon dry mustard.</li>
