  • Mash the raspberries lightly in a bowl. Pour on the gin and let macerate for 2 hours. Strain, pressing on the raspberry pulp to extract the juices. Put the raspberry juice into a blender with the kirsch, wine, and 8 ice cubes. Blend until the ice is crushed. Pour into cocktail glasses and add a fresh raspberry to each glass.
