	<li>In a kettle, bring the water to a boil.</li>
		<li>Pour two cups of water into the pot, swirl to heat the pot, and drain. Add the tea to the pot and pour on the remaining boiling water. Cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain and serve with sugar and lemon or milk.</li>
		<li>Like coffee, it is possible to lace tea with liquor. Have a decanter of rum or brandy available for guests to add to their tea, if they desire. Honey can be served to sweeten the tea.</li>
