<introduction>

Put out lots of fun toppings and let kids build individual creations on their own slice of this layered Strawberry and Chocolate Ice Cream Pie. It’s a great one for a messy birthday party. Or make tiny individual pies, and little ones can eat their unique creations.

 </introduction>
 <instructions>

Spread Chocolate Ice Cream in the Chocolate Crumb Crust, smoothing it out with an offset pastry spatula. If the ice cream is soft, freeze uncovered until solid. Layer Strawberry Ice Cream on top, smoothing it out with an offset pastry spatula. Refreeze immediately.

Freeze the pie for at least 1 hour more before serving. When the pie is fully frozen, cover it loosely with plastic wrap until served. Prepare any desired sauces or toppings.

To serve, cut pieces with a knife warmed in hot water. If the ice cream starts to stick to the knife, dip it in hot water and dry it with a paper towel before resuming cutting the pie. Serve immediately.
