	<li>Preheat the oven to 350&deg;F. Grease and lightly flour 12 bun cups or large muffin cups.</li>
		<li>To make the streusel topping: In a medium-size bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Using a pastry blender, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. (If you don&apos;t have a pastry blender, use a fork to blend the butter into the flour mixture.) Set aside.</li>
		<li>To make the buns: In a small bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, on the medium speed of an electric mixer, cream the butter until smooth. Add the sugar gradually and beat until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and beat well. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the sour cream. Fold in the peaches.</li>
		<li>Spoon the batter into the bun cups. Sprinkle the topping over the buns, being sure to keep the crumbs within the muffin cups (otherwise the buns are difficult to remove from the pan). Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted into the center of the bun comes out clean.</li>
