Raw Carrot Salad Recipe
Simple and quick to prepare, a favorite even of those who don’t normally like
salads. The sweetness will have everyone asking for a second serving. It can be
enjoyed either as an appetizer or dessert.
- 10 oz. carrots
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Wash the carrots, remove the ends and peel. Cut into pieces.
- Place all ingredients in an electric blender, blend at high speed until almost
liquid. - Chill before serving.

I had never heard of something like this. I have to say that it is very tasty and refreshing and look forward to making this again and again. It is a great drink to serve at parties as well!
Carrots for dessert! This was super easy and delicious. You can make this ahead of time and have it refrigerated. I never knew of orange blossom water until now. What an amazing flavor enhancement. Will definitely make this again!
