It is a pleasant drink, light and thin like an ice cream soda, and flavorful. I decide one night to experiment and I put a stirred raw egg into the bottom of the glass in which I was about to make that night&#8217;s egg cream. The change was magical. It suddenly became as thick and flavorful as a

	<li>stir one raw egg and pour it into the bottom of a large tall glass</li>
		<li>Add 3 table spoons of chocolate syrup, followed by a 1/2 cup of milk. Stir thoroughly.</li>
		<li>Hold a bottle of seltzer 12 inches above the glass as you pour the seltzer  into the glass and allow the seltzer to foam to the top . Stir once more and the drink and enjoy</li>
