	<li> Place wings in wok/pot and just cover with water. Add soy sauce and bring to boil, lower heat to a gentle simmer. Add coke and wine and let cook for about 45 minutes.
In the meantime, soak the mo’er in hot water for 45 minutes. Remove from water and pick off any hard woody parts. Add to wings and cook until liquid has reduced and thickened. 
The sauce should be the consistency of pancake syrup. Finger Licken Good.</li>
