Shrimp Soup & Rice Recipe

I’m not sure where my mom got the idea from but it’s the first thing I always ask for when she comes to visit.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Shrimp Soup
  • 1-1 1/2 lbs mini shrimp
  • Rice; any kind- I prefer Jasmine
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook rice according to package
  2. Stir together the condensed soup (wihtout milk or water) and shrimp; heat until shrimp is hot.
  3. Spoon soup and shrimp over the rice- so easy and delicious!
