The combination of mocha java ice cream, bananas and the chopped chocolate espresso beans is delicious. For an added twist, drizzle a little Baileys Irish Cream over the top of the ice cream before adding the fudge sauce.

  • Peel and slice each banana lengthwise into two pieces immediately before assembling

    • Place 2 banana halves,open or sliced side up in a banana split bowl or split plate

    1. Top bananas with 3 scoops of mocha java ice cream
    2. Drizzle with the fudge topping

    Top with whipping cream

    1. Sprinkle with crushed chocolate espresso beans

    Serve immediately and most of all, enjoy!
