Cream Cheese Frosting (sugar-free) Recipe

Makes: frosts 12 cupcakes or muffins

This recipe would go great on cupcakes or even my Carrot Cake Muffins.

  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 c. butter (softened)
  • 1T. erythritol
  • 1/4 t. stevia powdered extract
  • 1 t. vanilla
  1. Cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy.
  2. Mix in the vanilla, erythritol and stevia.
  3. Spread on carrot cake muffins or cupcakes or frost a cake! Store extra in the refrigerator.
