This recipe would go great on cupcakes or even my Carrot Cake Muffins.
- 1Cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy.
- 2Mix in the vanilla, erythritol and stevia.
- 3Spread on carrot cake muffins or cupcakes or frost a cake! Store extra in the refrigerator.
