My Dad always cooked these when we grilled outside. They don’t taste like onions!!!
- 1Peel and cut deep X in each onion.
- 2Stuff pat of butter into the X.
- 3Salt and Pepper to taste.
- 4Wrap each onion in heavy duty foil. Place on grill away from fire. Cook the onion as long as you would the potatoes. Unwrap and eat.
